The Essence ~ one hour (but I always run a bit over so more like 65 - 70 minutes) of therapeutic aromatherapy massage with energy offerings, allow 90 minutes $120
The Ritual ~ 105 - 120 minutes of therapeutic aromatherapy massage, reiki, insight, korero, tea $190
My deep love for massage also began as a teen when my clever Mum booked and drove me to a massage therapist when I had pre exam stress ~
I was blown away that something so nourishing, kind, healing, loving and pleasurable existed and that all I had to do was lie down, relax and receive it!
That session helped me with my exams and opened me up to the wonderful world of bodywork.
I studied in my early twenties with Wellpark College and again more recently with Holistic Health Training.
It always feels like an honour to massage, a privilege that I take seriously. I want women to come and just be and receive. Our sacred bodies heal from a state of deep relaxation. Throughout the massage I am listening and responding. Not to fight with tension, but to lovingly acknowledge it and work with it.
My signature session The Ritual blends several of my callings. Healing massage, reiki, insight, korero and tea. It’s a beautiful deep dive and runs between 105 - 120 minutes.
