I fell in love with yoga 34 years ago in my first class ~
I adored the poses, the breathing, I felt so grounded, whole and peaceful afterwards.
And I feel the same all these years later although my practice has changed a bit to one of deep intimacy with my inner world, being with my body and breath, my emotions, thoughts and longings. So really, my Yoga is a blend of yoga, pilates, somatic experiencing, energetic work, heart connection, self love and empowerment, breathwork, meditation and Nidra.
Truly, I don’t know where I’d be without these practices. As life presents its challenges, yoga gifts me with an ability to hold my whole experience, offering equilibrium, deep acceptance and for me, joy.
I love offering these practices to other women. I know they work.
